The Marketplace Mall opened in 1982 and currently has 1.1 million square feet of retail space. JCPenney and Dick’s Sporting Goods provide the anchor draw along with big box IndyKart Raceway, Sportsman’s Warehouse, and Dave & Buster’s which is complemented by stores, such as TORRID, Lenscrafters, Zumiez, Land’s End Inlet and other nationally recognized retailers. The Marketplace Mall is owned by Wilmorite, a leading commercial real estate development and management company.
